Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Canada, with the exception of certain remote areas within the provinces and territories. For customers in remote areas, shipping quotes will be provided during checkout. If you believe your shipping quote is too high or an error, please contact us.

If you place an order for an item stocked at F2 Furnishings, we will ship it on the same or next business day and you will receive tracking in real time. If you’re placing a special order that will need to be shipped from the supplier, a member of the F2 Team will be in touch within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to provide you with an accurate timeline for delivery, but due to global shipping challenges, delays could happen. We will always do our best to communicate this timeline with you!

We’ll do our best to give estimated arrival dates on your orders and will keep you updated with any changes in these timelines. Please note that these dates are only estimated by the company and are subject to change based on unforeseen delays, which are out of our control. Trust that we want to get your items to you as soon as possible, and we’ll work to ensure we do everything possible on our end to ensure this happens.

For clients placing orders for multiple items, you’ll have the option to have everything delivered together once it has all arrived, or you may choose to have things shipped as soon as they become available. Please communicate with our team which option works best for you!

F2 outsources its deliveries to third-party delivery companies. We work with a large selection of companies to get the best possible rate for our clients. Please note that third-party delivery companies do not unpack or assemble anything. Many items will come preassembled or with minimal assembly needed, but there are certain items (i.e., certain beds, tables, cabinets, etc.) that cannot be delivered assembled. 

Some delays may occur in shipping due to circumstances beyond of our control (e.g., weather conditions, errors in shipping address, availability of customer to receive delivery, etc.). 

To keep you informed of your shipment status, information at every step of the shipping process is provided to you by email. When you receive your tracking number, feel free to contact the shipping company for any special timing arrangements at your earliest convenience.
